Orders containing prescription-only drugs will not be processed, billed, or shipped until verified by our pharmacy team. We verify prescriptions directly with your prescriber or through state e-prescribing channels.

3. Liability & Dispensing Limits
USMEDS STORE Pharmacy reserves the right to restrict quantities, reject orders, and flag drug-drug interactions. We will not be liable for delivery delays beyond our control or side effects resulting from incorrect drug usage.
4. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispensing dispute will be arbitrated or resolved in state licensing boards of Texas.
