Your Protected Health Information (PHI) is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996. We secure your medical histories, prescription copies, and pharmacist notes using encrypted servers and restrict staff access to a strictly need-to-know basis.
2. Information We Collect
We collect your personal information (name, email, delivery addresses, phone number) when you register, place orders, or contact support. For prescription orders, we also collect prescriber details, medical histories, and health cards.
3. Data Security & Encryption
All online interactions, checkout flows, and prescription uploads are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers (Stripe) and card data is never stored locally on our servers.
